Megan Ragsdale
Megan Ragsdale, founder of Risky Inc., and author of “Risky Women: How to reach the top levels of leadership or know when to get the hell out,” is an executive coach, thought leader and C-Suite veteran with more than 20 years in the trenches with brands like Hulu, Dollar Shave Club, Deloitte, Motorola, SONY, YPO and The North Face.
Megan works with businesses to achieve profitable growth through the discipline of innovation, building high EQ leadership teams and cultures, and creating and executing a business strategy that exceeds customer and investor expectations.

Tom Hosepian
Tom Hosepian is a founder/operator who successfully started and scaled several successful multi-state consumer product companies with revenues reaching $40m annually. Tom leveraged his own entrepreneurial expertise as a fractional C-Suite consultant across finance, marketing, and operations, allowing him to bring similar results to clients from start-ups to middle market companies in key phases of hyper-growth through multiple successful exits.
Tom’s 30-year career spans multiple verticals and industries, including aviation, auto care, B2B business services, beauty, construction, distribution, eCommerce, food/beverages, health care, manufacturing, medical equipment and subscription-based recurring revenue companies.
With one foot strongly rooted in finance, he is equally comfortable working with Private Equity and Venture Capital Firms as well. Tom understands the M&A arena and the need to reach both minimum investment returns and timing requirements, recently creating and driving the strategic growth plan for an auto care company, achieving a 4x increase in enterprise value within 3 years with a recurring revenue model.
